[ + ] How long does it take to receive my game?
GameMine has fulfillment centers currently in Florida and New Jersey. For new customers, games available for shipment are sent same day or at the latest within twenty-four (24) hours of registration. For current customers rotating games, upon receipt of the game, new selections based on what games you have on your MineList are shipped same day as when received. For 2xSpeed customers, upon notification of game(s) being returned through our 2xSpeed software system, new game(s) are shipped within twenty-four hour of the notice. GameMine ships all games first class mail at flat mailer rates. Delivery times are dependent upon United States Post Office (hereinafter, USPS) and location of customer. The average time for a game to be received from shipment is 3-5 days, not counting the 1 day shipment. If a game delivery is delayed, please contact GameMine immediately by and through its ticket system to inform us of the delay. Based on USPS policy, GameMine is unable to submit a formal report of delay until fourteen (14) business days from the time of shipment
This is not a formal transaction, but rather an authorization. Authorizations are not charges on your credit card; however, the authorization is necessary to verify that the credit card being used is valid as part of our registration process and software. This authorization amount is for free trial customers to ensure the card may be verified. Upon the start of the subscription, this authorization is nullified and your account is charged for the correct amount based on your subscription.
When you register for the Gamemine.com service, your credit card is authorized in the amount of your subscription for that month, or for prepaid, the term of the prepaid. This authorization is necessary to verify the credit card and for security purposes to ensure the card is valid. Once the registration is completed, the card is automatically authorized, if your card cannot be authorized, the registration will not be accepted and you will be prompted to input a different credit card. The games that you place on your MineList after registration are placed on a "Picklist" for our fulfillment team to ship your game. Upon the game being removed from the Picklist for shipment to you, your card is charged for the amount of the subscription for that month, or in the case of prepaid, for the term of the prepaid time.
Those customers on monthly subscriptions are charged the rate of their subscription each month. The date of the charge is displayed on the customer Account page. It provides the date of the next recurring charge and the amount. If your card is not accepted or you otherwise fail to make payment by the date required, your account is suspended. The account page will display your suspended status, and you will have a short period of time to correct the card or to input a new card for the charge. If your account remains suspended, you will have to return the game should you decide not to continue to avoid cancellation of your account and collection for the game and unpaid subscription dues.
GameMine accepts all major credit cards for all nine subscription services and both bonus services, PSP Plan. Monthly subscriptions are placed on a recurring billing for the card registered to be charged each month commensurate with the subscription fee less any promotional offer. In addition to credit cards, customers may make payment in the form of certified bank check or money order for GameMine prepaid subscriptions for the one, two and three game subscriptions. This enables customers to take advantage of the service who may not have credit cards. However, monthly subscribers are limited to credit cards, prepaid subscribers may pay using credit cards, certified check or money order; for security purposes, no personal checks or cash is accepted.
GameMine stocks the most current games available upon release. However, due to demand, sometimes games may not be available. Instead of providing only an Available and Not Available notices, GameMine attempts to instill more control to the customer over their choices. Therefore, GameMine uses various notices to provide its customers and future customers with a better idea of not only what is in stock, but when the stock may be expected back if unavailable. Available means the game is in stock, Not Available means all out of stock, Available Soon means that the games are either being ordered or on their way back, and finally, All Checked Out means that all games were just checked out of the system to its customers.
In addition to renting games, GameMine also sells used games at rates far below what would be paid retail or used from other retailers and stores. Buy It Now. If the game is available for sale, you will notice a "Buy It Now" button on the game page. Purchases are handled differently based on the customer. If the customer is a subscriber of the rental service, the purchase is performed by adding the game to the cart and then submitting the cart, at which time, the credit card on file for the subscription service is used to charge for the amount of the game less any discounts or GameBucks. This is the default manner in which games are charged to subscription customers; however, the subscription customer may choose a different form of payment from the shopping cart at the customer's discretion. If you are not a subscription customer, then you will be prompted to place in your financial information for the transaction, credit cards as well as Paypal and Google Checkout. At the election of the non-subscriber customer, you may choose to create an email and password so that on your next purchase you only have to put this information in and the system will remember the shipping and billing information. Buy It Alert. If the game is not available for sale, this feature will notify you of when it will become available for sale. This feature is available to subscribers as well as patrons of GameMine.com. You simply place in your email contact information and then you will receive a notification from GameMine once the game becomes available for sale. In addition to the notification, you can also place in an expiration for the notice in the event you want to limit the time that you receive a notice that the game becomes available for sale. Games sold are sent from our fulfillment centers in the original box and directions for the game, some exceptions apply to certain games.
GameMine fulfills purchase orders at the same speed as it sends out rental. Upon notification of the sale, our fulfillment team takes the game and box from its warehouse and ships the game. Games are sold FOB. GameMine ensures that the game runs and plays prior to shipment in accordance with its Quality Control Program. Game purchases have the option to send the game on Priority Overnight as well as 2nd Day Delivery for an additional cost. State taxes may apply depending upon your address.
GameMine does have in place a Quality Control Program which can be found in the terms and conditions. Essentially, GameMine checks each game before shipment for sale or rent to ensure that the game is in working order.
GameMine checks to ensure that all games are in working order before leaving its fulfillment centers; however in some cases, games may become damaged by the post office. Should you receive a damaged game, you must IMMEDIATELY contact GameMine upon receiving the game by using the messaging system in your Account Page, which is preferable and quicker for our fulfillment centers to be notified by you of the broken game. Should this occur, GameMine will ship a new game to you, but you will have to return the damaged game back to GameMine in the return envelope. Please remember to contact GameMine immediately upon receiving the game, as you are responsible for these games once received and to ensure that they do not become damaged while in your possession.
If you have misplaced your mailer, please go to your Account page and send GameMine a notification that you lost the mailer. GameMine will then send you a new mailer to return your game. GameMine suggests that you do not return the game without the use of its mailers. As the mailers are designed and created to protect the disk. If you mail the disk back using a different envelope, if the disk is received damaged or lost in the mail, you will be responsible for the cost of the game.
Although GameMine would love to keep you as its customer, as GameMine considers its customers part of its family, you can cancel your account from your Account Page. Upon cancellation, your card is authorized for the inventory in your possession pending its return. GameMine offers a gratuitous return policy for its games outstanding to its subscribers. So long as we receive the games back, the authorization will be cancelled. Remember, this is an authorization, not a charge, the card is not charged so long as GameMine receives the games you have in your possession once you have cancelled. If you fail to return the game, and your card is charged, you may still return the game after that period. However, GameMine charges a $7.50 restocking fee for each game returned post charge. If you want to keep the game in your possession after cancellation, GameMine suggests that you contact GameMine about the purchase using the ticket system from your Account Page. This way you will be charged the amount that the game is being sold for if applicable, and even if the title is not for sale, GameMine may still allow the purchase. You will also receive the box and the directions if you choose to keep the games in this manner, but not in the event of failure to communicate or return the game consistent with our cancellation policy. GameMine understands that some people do not have credit cards but that does not mean they cannot pay for something or do not want to participate in any subscription program. Therefore, and unlike its competitors, GameMine offers subscription services for people who wish to pay in a form other than credit cards with its prepaid subscriptions. GameMine offers six (6) month and one (1) year prepaid subscriptions for the one (1), two (2) and three (3) game subscription programs. See the "How it Works" Page for more information about the cost of these subscriptions. Should you choose to use this form of payment, you can register by communicating directly with GameMine, which it will send you a registration form via email and then upon receipt of the funds required, you will receive your game(s). Remember, GameMine accepts bank or certified checks and money orders, but for security purposes, cannot accept cash or personal checks. To register for the service email us at billing@gamemine.com, and you will receive a form in email that you can complete and return with the check. Depending upon the subscription service you wish to sign up for, a deposit is required for cancellation.
GameMine is dedicated to its customers, and wants to show its appreciation by awarding customers with various gifts and rewards based on their subscription duration and purchases. GameMine rewards program is accordingly called, GamePerks, because it gives customers rewards for their patronage as well as additional perks that will offer a higher level of subscription service for free, and exclusive to GameMine customers versus its competitors, such as 2xSpeed. Please read below form more information about the program and what it offers.
GamePerks. GamePerks is GameMine's rewards program. GameMine wants to show its appreciation to its customers, who it considers its family, and therefore reward customers for their patronage for their subscriptions and purchases with GameMine. GamePerks continuously grows, but as of now, offers 2xSpeed to its customers, as well as GameBucks and shall be offering access to Prima content as well. The rewards given are based on customer duration and can be found on the GamePerks page. Customers will receive notifications of the GamePerk when activated upon logging in and accessing their Account Page.
GameBucks. GameBucks is one of the rewards issued to subscribers that is a "Monopoly" money that its subscribers may use for the purchase of products offered on the GameMine website from bonus subscriptions to games and accessories. GameBucks do not expire with exception to cancellation of your account, at which time you forfeit any accrued GameBucks.
2xSpeed. See the FAQ about 2xSpeed as well as the page dedicated to 2xSpeed, of which the link is accessible from the bottom of this page.
Prima Subscription. GameMine offers short content taken directly from the Prima guide for that particular game to assist you in working through some of the parts of the participating games. Although this content is not sufficient to offer you a comprehensive guide through the entire game, it will provide you with enough information to give you an edge in getting through the game. GameMine currently allows everyone to access this information as it promotes its joint promotion with Prima on the GameMine website; however, at some point in the near future, as the program adjusts and establishes foundation within the GameMine website, the short content will be available for s small monthly fee by publisher. This fee enables you access to the instruction short guides for participating titles. The Prima Games perk will enable the customer to access one free publisher per month after six (6) months of membership and then two (2) publishers for free each month, depending upon duration of subscription, see GamePerks page for more details.
GameMine and Prima have teamed up to offer digital guides directly from the GameMine website. Customers and patrons may purchase these books from the game page, where available, as well as the GameMine Store's Prima Page. Even better, if you have set up an account with GameMine as a purchaser or subscriber, you will not have to reinput your information for the transaction; therefore, you will be able to purchase the digital guide as well as download it directly from the GameMine website. The guide upon purchase is available for digital download. GameMine does not sell printed books.
GameMine using a ticket system accessed from the Account Page you will find a "Contact Us" link, in the light box, the content will look like an email with a "Subject" field and a "Message" field. Don't worry, we know it is coming from you, because our software tracks messages by account. In the "Subject" field, type in the subject of your inquiry, issue or concern, then describe the issue, inquiry or concern in the message box. Once completed, submit the form, and GameMine customer service will receive your inquiry and respond within twenty-four (24) hours of your inquiry. The response will either have "pending" or "resolved" to indicate that the issue is ongoing or completed.
GameMine offers bonus material such as the one (1) and two (2) PSP Movie subscription. GameMine created this subscription in order to enable its customers the opportunity to have a subscription separate from their main subscription so they can rent PSP movies separately from their main subscription. If the customer has the PSP Movie subscription, then he or she will not be able to rent PSP movies from their regular subscription, but only through their PSP movie subscription. The PSP movie subscription is only offered on a monthly subscription structure, there are no prepaid subscription offers for the one (1) or two (2) PSP Movie subscription. Although GameMine does not currently offer movies for rent or sale outside of PSP movies, it may be offering this form of entertainment in the future.
All rental accounts enable you to change your information once logged into the system using your username and password. Once in the system, you can make changes to your account by visiting your account profile page. The account profile page allows you to change your billing, shipping, and payment information.
Whether you are a month to month or prepaid plan member, you will see on your account profile page a date that provide the next time your credit card will be charged or the next payment that will be due. For those members who are prepaid members that have paid by alternative means other than a credit card, either by certified check or money order, your account cancels on the stated date. Accordingly, your account will be subjected to the cancellation terms for the service. You can continue your account by making a new payment or by adding a credit card. Do prepaid plans auto renew if I used a credit card as payment?
When creating an account or logging into your rental subscription account as a member, you are initially taken to the Welcome page for GameMine. The Welcome page is a system home page for its users that provides information about games released and coming soon, along with filters that enable you to navigate through different inventory offered by GameMine products and services. The Welcome Page is also being updated by GameMine to offer additional information as it becomes available through its software system.
GameMine acquires information about coming soon games, including descriptions, pictures, reviews and video from third party news sources such as Gamesradar, Gamespy, Muze and other services. Accordingly, some content for games not yet released, and in the unusual instance, some that are released, may not be available through their systems and therefore not displayed on GameMine's website. GameMine updates its news content daily through its data sharing system with its news companies and games are therefore updated daily along with other content for existing games that may have otherwise not been present on the website. Please check for information for games of your interest daily to discover new information about inventoried and coming soon titles.
GameMine provides an independent webpage for each title in its inventory and coming soon to release. All product pages uniformly have a section that can be found below the Game Information box providing description, images, reviews, walkthroughs and video. Not all information for each of these categories is available for all titles available or coming soon on GameMine's system. However, what may not be present or available one day, may the next considering GameMine updates the information about inventory and coming soon titles on its database. Be sure to check daily for new information about inventoried and coming soon titles.
Before new titles are released for available systems, GameMine posts them on its website so that its members may populate these titles on their respective MineLists that GameMine uses to establish quantity for their next order. Coming Soon titles are available for view from the Welcome Page as well as the link at the top of the GameMine website will take the user to the Coming Soon page. From the Coming Soon main page, patrons may utilize the navigational search tools on the left of the page to find titles that interest them.
In order to provide users with as much information as possible for each title, GameMine offers its members a control to rate games as well as provide reviews for titles on the GameMine website. In order to rate a game or post a review, the user must be a member of GameMine and by logging in using their credentials, the system will allow its users to rate games and post reviews or walkthroughs for titles in its inventory. All posts provide attribution to the author, and ratings are established by taking the average of all ratings by users.
If you received the wrong title, please send back the title to GameMine using the return mailer sent to you attached to the mailing device sent by GameMine's fulfillment center. Also, check your MineList to ensure that the game was not added in error.
The MineList is a tool for GameMine rental subscription customers to add titles. GameMine sends the titles based on the priority set in your MineList as well as availability. You can prioritize your MineList by shifting around games based on what order you would like them sent to your location. In addition to providing you with a list to add games you want to rent, the MineList provides information about the title, including any price for those games that may be available for sale. You can access your MineList by logging on using your credentials and then clicking the link from within your Account Profile or Welcome Page for the MineList, as well as by clicking the tab at the top right of the GameMine website. When navigating through the inventory on product pages, by selecting the button, 'Rent It', the title will be added to your MineList by way of what is called, the 'Mini MineList', which is a box that appears over the page adding titles to your list. There are two MineLists for the system, your main MineList, which allows you to choose titles from gaming and PSP movie selections, and your PSP MineList for those who have the PSP Rental Supplemental subscription that allows you to choose PSP movies to your MineList.
As an active member of GameMine's online video game rental service, you are providing with controls that enable you to make changes to your subscription plans. These controls are found on the Account Profile page. You can change your subscription plan right from this page, and upon the next billing cycle, your account will be upgraded to your new plan. You can upgrade the account to any of the current plans available by GameMine at the time of upgrading and will take effect for your next month. The upgrade is confirmed through notification on your Account Profile as well as an email confirmation to the registered email to the account.
GameMine offers different programs for new members and for existing members. Members receive communications from GameMine who are opted in, and receive links for them to use to refer products and or services of GameMine to their friends. By using this link, the referral is tracked through a special registration, and as a member, you receive a reward for the referral that may include, GameBucks, Gift Certificates, free service. Please be sure to look out for these offerings from GameMine.
GameMine has a license from the US Postal Service (USPS) to mail out its inventory as well as for all returns of its inventory.
To sign up as a GameMine affiliate, you can access and complete an application by clicking on the link at the bottom of the website titled, Affiliates. Completing the form will submit the inquiry to GameMine's marketing division and then you will be contacted for further instructions. GameMine makes payouts for all affiliate programs based on several factors, including lead generation quantity and quality.
