A Certificate of Mailing is a receipt that provides evidence of the date that your mail was presented to the Postal Service for mailing. It can only be purchased at the time of mailing. It is GameMine policy that the customer is financially responsible for any games to be returned upon cancellation of the rental subscription. To better protect yourself from being charged for any lost games upon cancellation of membership, GameMine stongly suggests that you return the games upon cancellation using a Certificate of Mailing.  This way, if your game is lost in the mail, you provide GameMine with the Certificate of Mailing, and you will not be charged for the game.  And don't lose it! It's the only official record available.

 

 

GameMine provides an un-paid Certificate of Mailing in every new member's first shipment of games, with the return label already affixed with our returned address for you. Providing us with proof (Certificate of Mailing) prevents any recourse of charging you for lost games.

Our intentions are not to charge you in the first place but we want to give you every opportunity to protect yourself and our members from lost games. Average cost from the US Postal Service is a fee of $0.90.
