A launch title for Nintendo's stereoscopic handheld, Bust-A-Move Universe presents the series' classic bubble-bursting action in a three-dimensional display. The standard game is played on a fixed screen, in which a mass of differently colored bubbles slowly descends from the top. Along the bottom of the screen, players control a gun that shoots bubbles, one at a time, up into the mass above. When three or more bubbles of the same color touch, they pop and disappear, and the object of the game is to continually clear bubbles from the dropping mass, before it reaches the bottom of the screen.
